WELCOME
Established as a 501(c) (3) organization in the fall of 2006, the Colorado Stormwater Council (CSC) is an organization created especially for municipalities and municipal permit holders through the state of Colorado.
The CSC acts as a forum for municipalities and municipal permit holders (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) and:
* Enables the exchange of technical information regarding stormwater regulations and compliance with permits
* Serves as a voice for its members when representation at regulatory hearings or other meetings is necessary or desired
* Provides education and outreach materials for members
* Aids in the development and implementation of stormwater programs at local and regional levels.
